Night at the Races Hilton Head is an event service by Summit. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, event date, guest count, event type, venue, package interest, add-ons and your message. We also record campaign parameters (UTM tags) from the link you arrived on so we know which marketing is working.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, plan your event and follow up about it. Quote details are delivered to our team by email and may be stored in our customer relationship management system (CRM).
Sharing
We share event details with the vetted local hosts and crew we match to your event, and with service providers that deliver email or host our CRM. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry records as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by replying to any email from us.
